Public BBQ

It features a large cricket pitch and open spaces for various sports, as well as BBQ areas, both covered and uncovered, with seating and picnic tables. The beautiful lake, surrounded by walking tracks and seating, offers a serene environment for relaxation. The park also has a children's play area with a water fountain, water play area, and a dry playground, while adults can enjoy the exercise equipment and gym area. Well-maintained toilets and facilities are available, and the park is home to a birds reserve with a variety of waterbirds, swans, and ducks. Generally No! The BBQs are first come, first serve. However, if you plan on having a larger event then please check with Penrith council.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
